Services

This website provides information about language services offered by Katarína Ošvátová, including interpreting, translation, and proofreading.

Service Agreements

Each project is individually agreed upon between the service provider and the client, including scope of work, pricing, and delivery deadlines.

Payments

Payments may be made via bank transfer (SEPA), Revolut or PayPal for international clients, or cash for local interpreting services if agreed in advance. Payment terms are agreed individually depending on the project.

Confidentiality

All documents and information provided by clients are treated as strictly confidential.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, the service provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of translated materials without professional verification in specialized fields such as legal or technical matters.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
